(More customer reviews)I returned this because of the shoulder straps.I planned to use this pack in very hot climates wearing tank tops and sleeveless shirts, and the moisture-wicking mesh shoulder straps proved too rough on my skin with 15lbs of weight in the pack.After taking it on and off a few times to adjust, my shoulders and arms were red and raw. Also, I didn't like the velcro system for adjusting the back panel position.With full weight, the pack seemed unstable and the velcro kept moving around.Pluses are built in rain cover, easy access to main compartment, and ability to lock at a central point.I'd recommend this pack if you'll be carrying less than 15 pounds.
