There are a couple of downsides, but not enough to keep you from buying this.The face of the timer can be tough for people to see at an angle depending on where they are seated at your poker table, and the battery life is not as long as I would have expected for something as simple as a countdown timer.Another downside is if you are setting the time, and accidentally click over by one second or minute, you have to scroll through the entire set of numbers to get back to where you want to be.Seeing the alternatives out there though, I would rather spend $15 for this opposed to $40 on something else, as this does do the job well.
